Our Co-Founders' Story
While Black Shoe Digital is a relatively new company that was officially launched in 2023, it is actually a mature concept. The idea was born.
Co-founders Brian Raybold and Partha Ghosh initially met through the Lunchclub networking platform, and after only a few minutes of conversation, they realized that they both have an entrepreneurial spirit that is somehow a result of their experience in the corporate world for the last few decades.
It didn’t take long for Brian, with his long experience in software sales, and Partha, with his knowledge of operations and supply chain of a Fortune 500 company, to figure out that their skills were very complementary. However, what mattered most to them was the fact that they saw a problem: a lot of small businesses that were not getting what they deserved from or were even left in the cold by the traditional website and digital marketing agencies.
It was obvious how they would fix the problem. Using their leadership within the organization, excellence in the process, and business experience from the real world, they went ahead to create a reliable, professional, and truly result-oriented online presence company. Currently, Black Shoe Digital is largely a business-to-business company that provides services to the home building, home improvement, and service trades industries—the effectiveness of our methods, however, is attractive to companies in almost any other industry as well.
