PACIFIC NW
Jeannie Magdua
Originally from the Philippines, Jeannie has been a resident of the Pacific NW for most of her life. As a parent of four children, she keeps herself busy with their school activities, but also loves getting outside and hiking the beautiful trails of the Cascades and Olympic mountain ranges.
Jeannie has always believed in the value of trade skills and worked at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech), advocating for students to gain hands-on skills with local companies. Her degrees in Multimedia Design and Technology, Global Studies, and in Asian Studies and blend of skills, knowledge, and experience serve her well in the multicultural and tech-driven Pacific NW.
Today, she serves as Black Shoe Digital’s Pac-Northwest Principal, in the West Region, supporting businesses across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. Jeannie’s core values include a belief that small businesses are the life blood of our economy, so she decided to bring her skills to the construction industry and others. Her passion is to grow your company by providing phased, strategic advice and plans that reflect your values and are based on data and a growth mindset.
