Originally from Encinitas, California, Ronald has called San Diego home since the age of 11. He developed a love for the outdoors, and enjoys his opportunities to golf, ski, and go sailing. 

After high school, Ronald spent a year as an exchange student in Sweden before pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Arizona State University. He dedicated the next 14 years to the construction industry as a tunnel engineer and estimator, ultimately moving into director of pre-construction/business development. 

Today, he serves as Black Shoe Digital’s Pacific Division Principal, in the West Region, supporting businesses across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. By integrating websites, social media, and SEO strategies, Ronald empowers businesses to build a synergistic online presence. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he is passionate about solving challenges and driving growth for small and mid-size companies.
